LESSON 5 OF 5
Observe the journey
You have a first result, a starting explanation, a setup route and recovery instructions. Now arrange an observation with someone who resembles the intended developer.
Ask them to attempt the task using the available instructions. Let them explain what they expect. Record where they pause, seek another page, encounter an error or cannot verify success. If you intervene, record the help you supplied.
A successful run can reveal a usable route in that environment. It does not establish that every supported environment works or that the product will be retained.
Today, write the observation brief and choose one issue to address after the session. Use the activation planner to connect the result to the next meaningful product action. Track a first successful request separately from repeat useful use and a team rollout. If AI-assisted discovery matters to your product, use the Agent Readiness Audit to investigate what selected public pages expose. Review its cited findings and uncertainty; it does not prove recommendation placement or cross-model performance.
If you opted into the weekly email, we will share further examples, studies and tools. Otherwise, this completes your course.
Reply with the first result you chose and the uncertainty you most want to resolve.
