LESSON 5 OF 5

Prioritize the change

Your review should now identify unanswered buyer questions, claims that need evidence, and friction around choosing a next step.

Choose one improvement based on the importance of the question, the strength of your evidence and the effort required. A focused change is easier to assess than replacing every page at once.

For the illustrative developer tool, the team might add a worked request-and-response example to a product page and clarify its setup requirements. The hypothesis is that suitable visitors can judge fit more easily. The review should examine that understanding and the relevant evaluation behavior.

Write the proposed change, owner, prerequisite evidence, baseline and review date. Use the growth experiment planner if you need a structured brief.

If you opted into the weekly email, your next emails will bring studies, examples and tools you can use in future reviews. Otherwise, your course ends here.

Reply with the buyer question your first change will answer.
